Orange Juice
Orange juice recipes are always simply the best.Preparing orange juice is extremely easy and not at all time consuming.
  • Orange - 2-3 medium
  • Sugar - 2-3 tbsp
  • Water - Cold
  • Ice Cubes (Optional)
  • Peel orange and separate each section and deseed.
  • Add orange,sugar and 1/4 cup water.
  • Blend all the ingredients in a mixer/juicer to a smooth pure.
  • Serve it in a glass.

Popular snack in kerala . This crunchy delicious snack is addictive. Always served in Sadya and an inevitable chips during Onam days.  

  • Peel off the skin of plantain and immerse it in a bowl of water mixes with turmeric powder.
  • Let it rest for 30 mts.
  • Mix salt in a vessel in 1 cup water and keep ready.
  • Heat oil in a pan (let it heat nicely)
  • Make the soaked plantains dry using a cloth.
  • Using a slicer, slice the plantains into disc. You can directly slice it to hot oil.
