Mathi(sardine) Fry

My favorite fish,it's very tasty fish & healthy too...Sardines are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which reduce the occurrence of cardiovascular disease.

Ingredients

  1. Fish (Mathi)-1/2kg
  2. Chilly Powder- 2tbsp
  3. Turmeric Powder-1 tsp
  4. Pepper Powder-1 tsp
  5. Curry leaves- 1 stem
  6. Shallots-2 nos
  7. Ginger-1 inch piece
  8. Garlic-2
  9. salt

 

Instructions

  • Grind ingredients from 2-9 to a fine paste.
  • Marinate it over the fish
  • Keep it for half an hour.
  • Fry it in coconut oil.
