Pizza (Home Made)
Make and share this easy and quick homemade pizza recipe. We know you will love these homemade pizza and topping recipes as much as we do. Our favorite homemade pies are cheesy, a little saucy, and topped with all kinds of fresh, seasonal produce.

Pizza dough
  • All-Purpose flour/bread flour - 3cups
  • Active dry yeast/Rapid Rise Yeast - 1tbsp
  • Luke warm water -1 cup
  • Olive Oil or Vegetable Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Salt - 1tsp
  • Boneless chicken -1 cup
  • Butter - 2 tbsp
  • Pepper Powder - 1tsp
  • Capsicum -1 medium chopped
  • Tomatoes - 3
  • Soy Sauce - 2 tsp
  • Olive Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Mozzarella Cheese - 1/2cup grated
  • Piza Sauce/Tomato Sauce - 3 tbsp
  • Salt - as required

Pizza dough Preparation
  • Add yeast to luke warm water in a bowl. 
  • Let it sit for 5-10 mts, by the time yeast will rise.
  • Take another bowl and mix flour & salt
  • Combine well.
  • Add 2 tablespoon oil and yeast mixture.
  • Knead until the dough is smooth and elastic.
  • Shape the dough into a ball shape
  • Rub a teaspoon of oil over the dough.
  • Place it in an airtight container or cover the bowl with a plastic wrap and keep it for at least 2 hrs.
Topping Preparation
  • Cook chicken pieces with pepper powder, soya sauce, salt and 1/2 cup of water till the water evaporates.
  • Chop the chicken.
  • Saute the chicken with capsicum, butter and olive oil (not more than 1minute)
  • Remove from flame.
  • Chop tomatoes in to small cubes with out seeds.
  • Cut olives in to small rings.
  • Mix all together.
Spreading dough & topping
  • Dust the working surface slightly with flour
  • Roll the dough to fit your pizza pan
  • Transfer to a pizza pan, lift the edges of the pizza to form a slight rim.
  • Makes some holes on the pizza crust using a fork.
  • Spread tomato sauce/piza sauce on the piza crust
  • Springle shreded cheese on top
  • The arrange the chicken,capsicum,tomato mix evenly
  • Top with remaining cheese
  • Bake for about 12-18 minutes until the side of the pizza crust is slightly golden and the cheese are completely melted. (The baking time may vary according to the oven model. So check after the first 10 minutes.)
  • Remove from oven and serve after 4-5 minutes.
